Watching esports is boring compared to real sports.

It's hard to follow for outsiders. You can't see the players' emotions, and the action is on a screen full of confusing effects. Real sports have clear, human drama anyone can understand and feel.

I agree it can be confusing for newcomers. The screen is packed with UI, effects, and info that takes time to learn. Real sports like soccer have intuitive visuals—a ball going into a net is instantly understood worldwide.

Disagree. You absolutely can see players' emotions—camera cuts to their faces during tense moments show intense focus, joy, or devastation. The 'human drama' is there, just in a different setting.

Isn't 'hard to follow' true for any specialized activity? Could the issue be familiarity? A cricket novice might find that confusing too. Does accessibility define how boring something is?
